2008 starting 7th of February marks the year of the rat..In India, the temples serve rats milk as if they were sacred animals...Rats all around the world *drool and dream of coming to such a place where they were treated like royalty instead of starving...scavenging...However, all rats knew that the journey/race to India would be a life changing,perhaps even fatal adventure...goal...but most are willing to take that risk...for the rewards would be priceless...worth it...
As u can see...starvation can drive rats to do the most gruesome,abhorrent things...and rats don't like to further tarnish their reputation as being the bearer of diseases and filth...Therefore,the possibility of never being hungry again is a very appealing condition to be in..
Unfortunately...not all rats want to share this "treasure"with other fellow rats...
So, these selfish rats result to.......*drum roll....(with an eerie tone...)murder....muahahahhaha....first of these methods include drowning other rats..
..tricking them into staying on the "yellow brick road" which would lead them to cheese paradise...sadly,these gullible mice end up being rolled over,flattened,and smashed by ignorant drivers....
These selfish rats drew pleasure from their evil schemes...This was still not enough...avarice for the prized treatment in India grew each day..and soon...while some of these selfish rats laughed,other selfish rats betrayed their "team" of killers....
The betrayed were caught by human...*i'm scared....this rat said....*let me outta here!!
Unfortunately, these betrayed rats met a horrible death..their bodies couldnt be saved for a proper funeral as humans(esp Taiwanese....) seem to make food out of everything possible..slicin their tails of to be deep fried and preparing the body of the rats for....
RAT STEW!....you can find this dish in Chengdu...seriously...
We can only hope that the poor souls of those innocent,ambitious rats are happy in heaven...Whilst the selfish ones...after turning against themselves all ended up being captured by humans and thus face a near future of being slaughtered by humans for consumption..how sad is that?
