ear trouble...

remembered when we were at Brunetti's on Lygon....we were just getting seated when i felt a stinging pain on my left earlobe...

reflex action kicks in.. i could recall that surge of panic as i felt my earlobe...i couldnt feel the front (decorative part) of the stud!!

OMGOSH.....

with cel and sjane nearby, i asked them to take a look...they confirmed it...yikes! this might give you a rough idea what i mean...

pondering over what might happen to my earlobe...that metal stud, embedded half way in my earlobe...horrible!disgusting!

knowing that i HAD no choice, i went to the bathroom and crazily spent about 10 -15 mins....(*self sensor this next part if your brain has a tendency to graphically portray words into an image...) pushing the stud out from the back to the front...it really was excruciating when i
made those few pushes...

with my earlobes blushing red during this ordeal...terrified emotions were replaced with relief and appreciation when i saw that spot of metal popped out in front of my earlobe...*whew!

droplets of red stained my pure white tissue when i dabbed the back of my earlobe...

walking out of the bathroom with cel and sjane,we strolled back to our seats...

close call...now my left ear lobe is hole-less once again..=S

suspense, mind blowing, sinister.....brilliant

A must watch....Really the best comic book-turned- movie film i've seen...but ofcourse, due to the freakish and creepy Joker( salutation to the late Heath Ledger for his Oscar-deserving performance), little kids should NOT watch this movie to avoid nightmares...

what a holiday...

wow...bout 2 months since i last wrote on my blog...

better late than never,...

since the end of1st semester exams, the holidays incorporated boredom, excitement, sadness and joy all in just a month...

Friends coming from perth, adelaide and malaysia made the holidays complete of course...
Mike, Khang, Chin ann, Dex, Kok ming..

Going to Docklands where we just took in the picturesque view, saw black swans, and went ice skating was one unforgettable day...

Even though we didnt do much at St.Kilda and Brighton beach, it was just breathtaking to smell the salty breeze, feel the sand under your feet and capture the moment with pictures...risking our life(hahah...exaggerating...) to walk on the narrow one-sided rail pier while the gale was attempting to sweep us into the sea surrounding us was actually pretty exhilarating...GG...=D

Stalactites, dessert house, Freddo's icecream, Boost, Nando's, Universal, Cavalino's, Hungry jack's, fish and chips at St. kilda, Crown, Max Brenner's, Koko Black,Vic Market,Singapore chomp chomp, McDonalds, Flinders station, QV food court, Grill'd ..

did i miss any of our meal destinations? oh yeah...Tian's and Mtyp's place yeah?hehe...the bbq, the home cooked food and mike's cheese+choc cake were all delicious...

Shopping...Spencer's DFO, Bridge road, Melb central, Smith Street,.....

Summary:photographs, windy gales, nostalgia, tons of food, the company....ah....the company....

you really never know how much it means to you until it returns to your life after its long absence...

despite my overturned, empty and upset pockets, it was worth it...=D

sigh...it ends with the start of uni, the cries of goodbyes and the stress of studying...wish the holidays will return to us again....till we're all back home in our delightful home town...the anticipation....the hope...the motivation...
